Product Overview

Designed for B2B programs, not one-off retail

The page structure makes the buying decision easy: material, configuration, target standards, customization, sample process and RFQ are all visible without forcing buyers to search across the site.

  • Composite shell with carbon-fiber visual identity
  • Full brim for sun, rain and falling-debris coverage
  • Configurable suspension and comfort components
  • Accessory integration options by project
  • Private-label graphics and packaging

Important electrical note

Carbon fiber is conductive. Do not market a carbon-fiber model as Class E unless the exact final product has passed the required independent testing and certification. This site intentionally avoids making unverified Class E claims.

Low-Mass Engineering

Optimize shell layup and hardware to reduce unnecessary weight.

Impact Program

Define Type I / Type II goals early so shell and suspension evolve together.

Premium Finish

Gloss, matte, exposed weave, decals and brand-specific visual systems.

Indicative Specification Framework

Finalize these values during development

Buyer FAQ

Questions procurement teams ask first

Can we use our own logo and colors?+
Yes. Private-label branding, finishes, labels and packaging can be developed around your brand guide and target market.
Which standards can the product target?+
The development brief can target standards such as ANSI/ISEA Z89.1, EN 397 or EN 12492 where applicable. The exact claim is only published after the final configuration completes the required testing.
Can a carbon-fiber helmet be Class E?+
Carbon fiber is conductive, so Class E must never be assumed. Electrical performance depends on the total material construction and independently certified final product.
Can we request samples before mass production?+
Yes. Prototype and pre-production samples are built into the OEM/ODM workflow so appearance, fit and project requirements can be confirmed before volume production.
